If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on CoastalTastes.com in accordance with the terms below:
Returned Product(s) must have been purchased from CoastalTastes.com. Half-used or empty product packages are not acceptable.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes/duties paid are not refundable.
You, the purchaser, are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless it was an error of CoastalTastes.com, such as incorrect product or quantities. In this case we (CoastalTastes.com) shall pay for the return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds may be granted without having to return a purchased product under certain circumstances
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@coastaltastescom with "Refund" in the subject line.
